Is it possible to appeal the judgments of the High Courts of Justice or the National Court?

Clarify your doubts by consulting your particular case

In certain cases, the judgments of the High Courts of Justice or the National Court can be challenged before the Supreme Court. In this procedural instance it is called a cassation appeal.

The Act establishes Administrative Jurisdiction cases where it cannot stand appeal, among which are those whose amount does not exceed six million pesetas.

It also establishes the grounds on which the appeal must be based, among which are three formal and one substantive "violation of the rules of law or jurisprudence, applicable to resolve the issues under discussion".
