EN EL CONVENIO SUSCRITO PARA EVITAR LA DOBLE IMPOSICION SE ESTA- BLECE QUE: 1) SI LA PENSION ES PRIVADA SE SOMETERA SOLO A TRIBUTACION EN ESPAñA. 2) SI LA PENSION ES PUBLICA SOLO SE SOMETERA A IMPOSICION EN BELGICA. NO OBSTANTE, SI EL PENSIONISTA TIENE NACIONALIDAD ESPAñOLA, DICHA PENSION SOLO TRIBUTARA EN ESPAñA.
